A First Look At The New Balance 998 "Cityscape" [Unboxing]

A new colorway of the New Balance 998 has just hit the streets and I recently got my hands on it. See what it looks like, here!

My Initial Impressions:

The full detailed review of this sneaker will be available soon, but here are a few of my initial thoughts that I had during the unboxing.

  • The colorway reminds me of the concrete seen while in the big city. Hence the “Cityscape” nickname that I chose for this shoe.

  • These look a lot like the New Balance 998 “Bringback”, but there are a few subtle changes. (Click here to see what the “Bringback” looks like on NewBalance.com)

  • The materials on this shoe are on point, per usual.

  • The shape of these bad boys is legit. The toe area comes to a sharp point.

  • This is a great staple shoe to have in the sneaker rotation. It can be worn all year.
